Payment & Shipping
Payment
- We accept payment by: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), PayPal, Bank Deposit, AfterPay, or ZipPay.
- All credit card payments are processed immediately.
- If payment is not received by Bank Deposit within 3 business days of the order being placed the order will be cancelled and the goods released back into stock.
- International Orders may be paid by either PayPal or Credit Card (AfterPay is also now available to New Zealand customers).
In Store Pickup
- In store collection is available free of charge. Simply select this option during checkout.
- Orders will generally be available within 2 hours, or 2 hours after opening on the next business day if placed after hours or on Sundays/Public Holidays.
- If not collected within 2 weeks and no contact has been received the order will be cancelled and refunded.
- If selected by mistake please contact us to arrange payment of postal charges.
Shipping
- All orders placed before 2.00pm (AEST) are currently being shipped same day where possible. You will be advised by phone/email where there is an extended delay.
- FLAT RATE SHIPPING applies to orders within Australia.
- $12 Regular Post
- $15 Express Post
- Bulky orders are excluded (e.g. saddles, 10 or more cardboard hat boxes, orders over 9.5kg). Postage can be calculated in your cart / during checkout.
- All orders are shipped through Australia Post and are provided with a tracking number (check your junk folder if you haven't received a dispatch notice within 2 business days of placing your order) http://auspost.com.au/track/.
- We accept no responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. We will however assist in communicating with the shipping carrier to try and find lost parcels, any compensation received will be passed onto you as either a refund or credit towards a replacement.
- Express Post overnight delivery (not currently guaranteed by Australia Post) is only available in the Express post network, addresses outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery, but without any guarantee as to time frame.
- International orders are shipped by standard international air mail through Australia Post with tracking provided. If your order has not arrived within 30 days please contact Australia Post with the parcel number.
Price Matching
- We do not generally price match with other stores.
- We will however at our discretion price match with official Australian brand websites i.e. Ariat, Wrangler, Akubra etc.
- Our prices are the same in store as online.
Discount Codes
If you have received a business card with a discount code please note that the following conditions apply:
- The discount code must be entered when ordering through the website. Or the card surrendered when purchasing in store / in our mobile store.
- The discount is available for one purchase per person only. (This does not need to be your first purchase, it can be saved to use on any order)
- The discount applies to in stock items only. No special orders / saddle orders.
- The discount does not apply to Jim Taylor saddles unless stated.
- The discount may be used on Clearance items, but is not available in conjunction with promotional sales (e.g. our End of Year sale)
- Only one discount code may be used at a time.
